Housing

Create opportunities for individuals and families to access housing that meets their needs.

Within this impact area, we prioritize:

  • Supply of Affordable and Workforce Housing: Efforts to produce more affordable and workforce housing units with a special interest in innovative funding models.

  • Housing Access and Retention: Target populations remain housed with financial assistance; supporting critical repairs and rehabilitations to ensure individuals and families can stay in their homes.

Lifelong Learning

Generate experiential learning opportunities for people of all ages.

Within this impact area, we prioritize:

  • Enrichment: Learning opportunities that encourage a hands-on approach including outdoor, cultural, literacy, STEAM activities, and summer camps.

  • Non-Traditional Education: Creative educational opportunities outside of formal academic settings including vocational/trade school, career exploration and alternative schools for students with learning and social differences.

Community Wellbeing

Support organizations and projects that improve the quality of life for individuals in communities.

Within this impact area, we prioritize:

  • Community Spaces: Creating, conserving and caring for public spaces that offer cultural experiences, opportunities for connection, and outdoor exploration and recreation.

  • Healthy Food Access: Addressing food insecurity and connecting people to healthy and affordable food options.

  • Support for Domestic and Sexual Violence Victims and Survivors: Supporting victims of domestic and sexual violence and strategies for the empowerment of survivors.

  • Community Health: Supporting neighborhood healthcare services and medical debt relief for at-risk and low-income individuals.
